What is CCEM?

Communications, Community Engagement and Marketing oversees all customer-facing communications, including:

Events: public outreach, fairs, festivals, parades

Media Relations: liaison with Corporate Communications for media inquiries, advisories and releases

Writing and Editing: professional in-house writing and editing skills

Social and Digital Media: management of all Transit social media channels and site moderators for York Region channels

Advertising campaign development and management

Videography and photography

Customer direct communications: newsletters, notices, advertisements, campaigns


The project would have it's own landing page to engage with the public. You can include text, links, photos, interactive maps, and much more. A one-stop-shop for public engagement.
